Payment must be in the form of cash or checks only! We cannot accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, etc. Please have exact change if paying with cash or be prepared to donate the remaining amount if you are paying in bills higher than the cost of your items, as we will not be able to make change. Checks can be made out to “Salem State University” (Memo: SNA). Payment can be dropped off to us in the Harrington Cafeteria (South Campus) during the following times and days. If you cannot place your order during any of these times, please reach out via email or our Instagram. Please note, orders are placed once during the academic year and will be received in the spring semester. Once the initial order is placed in the fall, more items will not be available until the following year unless there are extras.
“Personalization” means these items have the option to be made with your name on it! Items that are ordered with this feature CANNOT be returned or exchanged for another size. Upon checkout with an Eboard member, you will be asked to complete a google form in-person to ensure proper spelling of your name if you are having your item personalized. There is an additional personalization fee of $8 for one line of personalization and $10 for two lines of personalization. Please refer to the examples listed below to see what constitutes one or two line personalization.
